Sorți is an archive of Loteria Română draws and a way to check your numbers. These terms tell you exactly what the app does and, more importantly, what it does not.

A public archive of draws for the six Loteria Română games, with per-ball statistics and a way to keep notes on your combinations. That is all. Sorți sells no tickets, takes no money, and has no connection to Compania Națională "Loteria Română" S.A.
It does not improve your odds
No statistic, no pattern and none of the generation techniques change your probability of winning. Draws are independent events: a ball drawn 340 times has exactly the same chance next time as one drawn 270 times. We tested this across the whole archive and publish the result inside the app. If any wording in Sorți seems to promise otherwise, this paragraph wins.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18. Gambling can be addictive. If you feel you are no longer in control of how much you play, stop and ask for help.
Your account
Sign-in is through Google only. We create no passwords and ask for no other details. You are responsible for access to your Google account; whoever gets into it gets into Sorți.
Saved tickets are not played tickets
Saving a combination in Sorți saves a note to yourself. You have bought nothing and entered no draw. A ticket is played only at an authorised Loteria Română outlet or through their official channels. Marking one "played" is also just a note — not proof, and not a claim to anything.
Draw data is unofficial
The archive is collected automatically from public sources and may contain errors, delays or gaps. It is not an official source. For anything with consequences — above all for claiming a prize — the source that counts is Loteria Română. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of data in Sorți.
Availability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it runs uninterrupted, that it is free of errors, or that it stays available. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
Changes to these terms
When something substantive changes, the version below changes and you are asked to agree again on your next visit. We do not interrupt you for wording fixes.
Governing law
Romanian law applies. You are a consumer, so you keep every right the law gives you regardless of what is written here.
